Dominica Visa
Dominica visa requirements: 1-800-345-6541
Application form and all supporting documents/copies MUST be NOTARIZED.
1 Select the type of Dominica tourist visa application:
2 Mail us the following documents:

Original, signed India passport with at least 6 months of remaining validity.

Passport-type photographs: 2

Proof of Status. Copy of Green Card or other proof of legal status in the US (such as copy of I-20, DS-2019, H1B approval notice, etc.) and original I-94 card.

Itinerary. Copy of round trip tickets or itinerary.

Bank Statement. Copy of a recent bank statement showing proof of sufficient funds.

Employment Letter. Copy of a letter from your employer on business letterhead, with contact details, stating that a leave of absence has been granted, purpose and duration of the trip, and that you will be returning to your current job. If you are self-employed, include a copy of your business license and tax return. For students, please submit an official letter from your school indicating that you are in good standing and that you are registered for the upcoming semester. If you are retired please submit proof of your retirement fund.

Hotel Reservations. Copy of confirmed hotel reservations.

Personal Invitation. If visiting friends or family, you must provide letter of invitation with the contact information of the host and visitor, purpose and duration of the visit, confirmation of accommodation including the address, signature and date. You will also need to provide proof of the host's status in Dominica ie. copy of their Dominica passport's information page, or, if they are not a citizen of Dominica, copies of their Dominica residence permit and their national passport's information pages.

The letter should be printed on the company letterhead stationery, addressed to "The Consulate of Dominica, Visa Section", and signed by a senior manager (an equivalent to Vice-President or above). The business letter must adhere to the following guidelines:
• Briefly introduce the applicant (please specify employment status/position held in the company by applicant).
• State the nature of the business to be conducted (ie. business meetings, contract negotiations, etc.) and the names and addresses of companies to be contacted in Dominica.
• Specify the type and desired validity of the visa (ie. a one year multiple entry business visa).
• Guarantee of sufficient funds for travel.
• Specify the place of accommodation in Dominica.
• State the nature of the business to be conducted (ie. business meetings, contract negotiations, etc.) and the names and addresses of companies to be contacted in Dominica.

Check the current validity of your passport.
All travelers will need a passport valid for at least 90 days following your departure date from Dominica. However, we strongly recommend traveling with 6 months validity on your passport at all times.
